Battle Ground Little League Registration
Mail in Registration Instructions: (NOW CLOSED)
Simply fill out the forms directly on your computer and then print all the required forms. Send a check or money order made out to Battle Ground Little League with the required forms to: P.O. Box 805, Battle Ground, Wa, 98604. *We ask that you bring 3 proof of residence and your players birth certificate to try outs.
Online Registration Instructions: (NOW CLOSED)
Fill out the online registration and submit payment. This will electronically send your registration to B.G.L.L. as well as process payment. We ask that you bring the Medical Release form, Parent Code of Conduct form, Volunteer form, proof of residence and your players birth certificate to try outs.
In Person Registration Instructions: (NOW CLOSED)
Please arrive at the B.G.L.L. Ball fields with payment, 3 proof of residence, players birth certificate, and be ready to fill out your players registration and other required forms, Saturday Jan. 16 & 23 10am-2pm and Sunday Jan. 17 & 24 noon-4pm.
Proof of Residency:
Residence shall be established and supported by documents from THREE OR MORE of the following categories to determine residency of parents/guardian:
1. Drivers License
2. Voters Registration
3. School records
4. Welfare/Child Care records
5. Federal records
6. State records
7. Local (municipal) records
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or tenant records
10. Utility bills (i.e. gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
11. Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
12. Insurance documents
13. Medical records
14. Military records
15. Internet, cable or satellite records
16. Vehicle records
17. Employments records
Note: Three Utility bills (3 items from No.10 above) constitute only one document.
Payment Information:
Battle Ground Little League cannot accept registrations without payment. Registrations submitted without payments will be marked incomplete until we receive payment or confirmation of scholarship, potentially delaying your player's placement on a team.
Financial Assistance:
If you need financial assistance with the fees, there are scholarships available. Financial assistance recipients MUST register in person, the online or mail registration process will not work.
