Mail in Registration Instructions:
Simply fill out and print all the required forms below, then send with a check or money order made out to Battle Ground Little League: P.O. Box 805, Battle Ground, Wa, 98604. All mail in registrations must be postmarked by January 24, 2010, to validate registration. After January 24th a late fee will be processed on registrations and late player registrations will be place on a waiting list. 
We ask that you bring proof of residence and your players birth certificate to try outs.

Player Registration Fee:
One Child-105.00...Plus optional 20.00 Fundraiser buy out (20.00 buy out is per child).

Two Children-195.00 total cost...Plus optional 20.00 Fundraiser buy out (20.00 buy out is per child).

3 or more children-255.00 total cost...Plus optional 20.00 Fundraiser buy out (20.00 buy out is per child with 55.00 max family total).

 
*Prices reflect a 15.00 - 30.00 late fee for registering after the January 24, 2010 cut off date.

Residence shall be established and supported by documents from THREE OR MORE of the following categories to determine residency of parents/guardian:
1. Drivers License
2. Voters Registration
3. School records
4. Welfare/Child Care records
5. Federal records
6. State records
7. Local (municipal) records
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or tenant records
10. Utility bills (i.e. gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
11. Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
12. Insurance documents
13. Medical records
14. Military records
15. Internet, cable or satellite records
16. Vehicle records
17. Employments records
Note: Three Utility bills (3 items from No.10 above) constitute only one document.
